What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Team:
    Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to hit individual and team targets.
  • Set Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement strategies to drive property sales, keeping the business competitive and growing.
  • Client Relationships:
    Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, developers, and partners. Be the go-to person for key clients.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to keep the sales strategy sharp.
  • Manage Sales Process:
    Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Negotiate Deals:
    Lead negotiations with clients, helping to close deals that are beneficial for both the company and the clients.
  • Train the Team:
    Help your team grow by providing training and support, making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
  • Track Performance:
    Report on sales performance regularly and keep everything well-documented, from leads to contracts.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Make sure all sales activities follow company policies and legal requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:
    At least 4 years in property sales, with some experience leading a team.
  • Skills:
    • Proven success in hitting sales targets.
    • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide your team.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Deep understanding of the real estate market.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Personal Traits:
