Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, developers, and partners. Be the go-to person for key clients. - Market Knowledge:
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to keep the sales strategy sharp. - Manage Sales Process:
Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring everything runs smoothly. - Negotiate Deals:
Lead negotiations with clients, helping to close deals that are beneficial for both the company and the clients. - Train the Team:
Help your team grow by providing training and support, making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed. - Track Performance:
Report on sales performance regularly and keep everything well-documented, from leads to contracts. - Ensure Compliance:

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
At least 4 years in property sales, with some experience leading a team. - Skills:
