📜 Terms and Conditions – Online Membership & Payments

  2.3 For bank transfers, processing and confirmation may take additional business days. Membership will only be activated once funds are cleared.

3. Membership Activation

3.1 Membership is not activated immediately after payment. Once you complete payment, your profile and details will first be reviewed by our team.
3.2 Your membership will only become active after approval of your profile by the administration.
3.3 If your profile is rejected, we reserve the right to refund your payment (after deducting any applicable processing charges, if any).
3.4 You will receive an email notification once your membership request is either approved and activated or declined.
3.5 For Bank Transfers, activation occurs only after both payment confirmation and profile approval.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 All membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
4.2 Cancellations requested after activation will not be eligible for refunds.
4.3 Refunds, if approved (due to duplicate payment, technical error, or exceptional cases), will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4.4 We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your membership for violations of these Terms, without obligation to refund fees.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and payment.
5.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and membership details.
5.3 Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempt to use another person’s payment information will result in immediate termination of membership and may involve legal action.

6. Security of Payments

6.1 All online payments are processed via secure third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, banking systems).
6.2 We do not store or have access to your full credit card, PayPal, or banking details.
6.3 While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for security breaches or unauthorized access caused by third-party providers.

7. Renewals & Expiry

7.1 Membership may be offered on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly). If so, you will be notified prior to renewal.
7.2 Non-payment or failure to renew on time will result in suspension of services.
7.3 Renewal fees may change, and you will be informed of any changes prior to renewal.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our payment systems or membership services.
8.2 In case of payment disputes, you must first contact your payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, Bank).
8.3 Our maximum liability for any claim related to payments shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.
